NBR WORKS REVIEW
Of all my tools, I think this is the one I get more questions about. These are inexpensive metal strips coated with synthetic diamond.
I use them all the time to deburr parts, especially after milling, as you can see in my videos. While a traditional file might be the proper tool to use, I like these because they're really easy to handle. Usually I remove them from the plastic backing, or buy them without it (when I can find them) as I find it more practical to use. They can even be bent or cut (from the back) to easily reach and deburr awkward shapes.
The grit I use the most is 600 for finishing and 120 for rougher edges. 320 is interesting too.
